As per now tradition, our brewer Nicklas conjures up a new beer when Fredrik & Peter are away on business trips. So whilst Fredrik & Peter were in the US for hop selection, Nicklas brewed our first New Zealand Pale Ale, Forever Dolphin Love!

Forever Dolphin Love is a 5,5% New Zealand Pale Ale featuring some of Nicklas’ favorite NZ hops. The grist is just how he likes it, pale, lean and mega dry, so the bitterness and hops get to shine. It features a combination of Wakatu hotside and a dry hop with Nelson Sauvin T90 & Subzero Hopkief, alongside Peacharine. It has flavors of gooseberry, white grape, peach, nectarine, lime zest, floral nuances and a nice hit of dankness. Get ready for a mega crushable New Zealand Pale Ale!

Allergens: Barley malt, wheat.
