Good Night, Mekong is the bigger brother to our famous Good Morning, Vietnam. A bigger, bolder version with more of everything.

We use the same recipe, but make a much stronger base beer, that we boil for 5 hours to increase the intensity and complexity of the beer.

Brewed with lactose and authentic Vietnamese coffee to mimic Ca Phe Sua Da - Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Good Night, Mekong has an intense roasted aroma with notes of coffee, vanilla, caramel and dark chocolate, and a flavor with a great balance between sweetness and bitterness
