It is double mashed and aged first in Stauning Rye Whiskey barrels for 10 months, then transfered to Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for an additional 26 months, and finally conditioned on Ugandan Vanilla Beans. This Imperial Stout is a testament to time and patience. Bourbon and spicy rye notes intertwine with rich vanilla, caramel, and charred wood, while hints of chocolate and fudge to complete its majestic profile.
