We have teamed up with our good friends Flatland Brewing Company in Elk Grove California to brew High & Mighty, a Modern West Coast IPA!

We have met up with Andrew and his wife Michelle at MBCC the last few years, and really enjoyed each other’s West Coast IPAs and barrel aged beers, so we knew we had to conjure up something together! Before this year’s MBCFI on the Faroe Islands, Andrew made the trip up to our brewery in Gudumholm, to brew two collabs, a big Imperial Stout destined for barrels, alongside High & Mighty!

High & Mighty is a 7% DDH Modern West Coast IPA featuring the glorious combo of Mosaic, Nelson & Nectaron hops! We loaded this one with Mosaic in the shapes of T90, Cryo, alongside Nelson T90 & Nectaron T90, Cryo & Hyperboost! All this sitting atop our signature lean & pale malt base, for the hops to really shine. We get loads of blueberry kush, pineapple, tropical white grape, pink grapefruit, apricot and touches of diesel. If you love stanky & fruity US/NZ hops, this one is for you!
