We have teamed up with Two Face Brewing from Aalborg to brew a spin on their Flight of Icarus! Flight of Icaurs is a Hazy IPA featuring Citra, Mosaic & Nelson hops, and is actually the first commercial beer our head brewer Peter originally created. Our collab version is called IKAROS, and is re-imagined as a Hazy Triple IPA that has seen a massive triple dry hop charge, and featuring the same grist and hops as the original beer, just dialed up on all parameters, and fermented with Conan yeast! It features generous hop additions of Citra, Mosaic & Nelson in both T90 & Cryo formats bringing flavors of juicy tropical fruits, pineapple, passionfruit, tangerine and touches of dankness!
