Neu Zealand is a variation on our classic Neu Pilsner. We've used the base for Neu Pilsner, but have substituted Mittelfrüh for NZ Nelson Sauvin as whirlpool hops - and furthermore it is dry-hopped gently with fresh, vibrant Nelson Sauvin. Imagine if Neu Pilsner and Slice of Sunshine had a baby together - that's how this beer tastes.
