Our hearts beat strongly for hops, especially hop-focused IPA styles. We explore different hop varieties, methods, and styles within the IPA genre, always striving to crystallize the aroma and flavor of hops as clearly as possible. Our flagship IPA is Slice of Sunshine - a dry, bitter, and intensely fruity IPA of a type we call Modern West Coast IPA.
